All Blood Flows Red

I am falling to fall after the rainy, cold summer - it had its rare wonderful sunny moments though. The days are shorter and the green is breaking to shades of brown, yellow and orange. And there are some powerful reds, too. Those I pick and bring into my works of life and death. I wish to be merry and sweet but my happiness lies in deeper waters. Life is grand. Ars Longa Vita Brevis.

Olis kiva olla "ilone, valone ja pulune". Vaan onneksi elämä on väkevää ja ilo syvää, vaikkei hilpeys olekaan elämää leimaava juttu juuri nyt. Kesän mentyä kiinnityn punaisen sävyihin ja veren maku tuntuu töissäni. Uusimmat maalaukseni ovat (nimeltään) Vettä sakeampaa. Installaation työnimenä Mama: maitoa, maata ja terälehtiä. Taide pitkä, elämä lyhyt.
